Game Science, the production company of Black Myth: Wukong, traveled all over the country to scan ancient buildings and monuments, and extravagantly embedded the great creations and historical heritage of our ancestors into various scenes of the game. Even the fleeting mottled inscriptions have their own origins. In the trailer, the ancient temple in the distance of the battle between Wukong and Kang Jinlong is based on the Dule Temple in Jixian County, Tianjin, which is one of the few Liao Dynasty relics in the country.
